Comm. Stefano (Steve) Acunto is Chairman of Encore Subrogation and Chairman of Beacon International Group, Inc. a privately owned group of companies in financial media, insurance, and capital markets. Beacon is among the leading insurance and risk management publishing companies in the world, as the home of US leader Business Insurance, Commercial Risk (London) and its editions in German, French and Italian; Asia Insurance (Singapore) serving Asia, Middle East Insurance (Amman) serving the Middle East and North Africa; WorkCompCentral (USA) serving the US workers’ compensation insurance sector, and the 132 year old Insurance Advocate (New York). In co-operation with Credit Global, Ltd., of which Mr. Acunto is a Director, he has created and executed accords for PRGN long term financing for foreign governments and has arranged provision of financing for insurance consolidations and related transactions.
He serves on several insurer and corporate boards and is a Trustee of John Cabot University of Rome and the College of Mount Saint Vincent in New York. In 2002 he was appointed to the diplomatic post of Hon. Vice Consul of Italy in New York and served a distinguished 15 year term and awarded the rank of Commendatore. He holds his B.A. and M.A. degrees in classical philology (Latin and Ancient Greek) from New York University.
Keith has founded several companies over the past 25-years, leveraging his extensive knowledge and expertise of the legal principles, origins, and application claims payments and recovery.
Recently, Keith co-founded Cypress Point Partners, which through its subsidiary Alleus Health Analytics provides mass tort analytics to Healthcare Providers and Insurance Companies.
In 1998 Keith founded Subrogation Partners, which became one of the leading independent subrogation recovery firms in the United States, representing over 125 clients, including five State Insurance Departments. Aon Corporation acquired Subrogation Partners in 2008, the world's largest insurance broker.
Keith has testified as an expert witness in many subrogation arbitration proceedings and is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) Health Financial Management Associate ( HFMA).
Keith has a Bachelor of Science degree from Pace University.
Wes Minella has an extensive background in subrogation and specializes in the recoveries from responsible third parties. He has extensive knowledge of litigation and insurance databases. He has more than 25 years of experience successfully launching and growing startup ventures based on his ability to develop efficient workflows, detailed reporting metrics, and streamlined processes.
Wes is a Co-Founder of Rocket Advance. He manages the process of identifying and the collection of litigation data. He oversees the offshore Third-Party Administrators and the outsourced mailing campaigns.
Earlier in his career, Wes served as Chief Operating Officer for Cordia Communications where he grew both the wire-line and VoIP customer base to over 100,000. During that time, he oversaw 400 employees and the development and management of multi-unit call centers in the U.S., India, Hong Kong, Philippines, and Brazil. Among his many accomplishments at the company, he played a key role in developing multiple account management and billing systems to maximize efficiency, reduce cost and enhance client satisfaction.
